INTO THE WILD PROJECT
My performance in organization and preparedness has affected my humanities grade positively because of the fact that I look at what is due and do it so I can turn it in on time by keeping up with work that is posted on classroom. My time management has been very good this semester by me not missing school as much as I have in the past. Also by completing all assignments before they are due and not after which has helped my grade a lot. I try to engage in class as much as possible but most of the time I just really like to listen. My lack of use of resources has hindered my grade negatively because I don’t go to tutoring after school to ask for help if I need it. Also what has not helped my grade has been not studying. I need to prioritize better and study more often to do well on the tests. I will use this information to better help me achieve the grade I want.
Last semester in Humanities with Mrs.Heath we read a book called Into the Wild. We then finished the book and created our own creative projects. I chose to make a poster that had an old photo journal with a couple pages ripped out and a summary underneath each picture to describe the picture itself. Each picture either represented: Where I am most comfortable, Where I want to be in the future, Which place has taught me the most.
